Methods/idea's? - anonymous answers in a small group.

Hello All!

Im trying to figure out how to keep anonymous answers within a small group.
Idea I have is not to use written replies but multiple choice.

Anyone know of any different methods? maybe asking the same question multiple times over a period of time then putting the data together?

Any out side of the box ideas aswell would be great!
