"TACE" was a mantra we used around 2000 (plus / min, I am getting old).
That is not coming back I am afraid, but you can always try ;-)
From my viewpoint, I'm seeing some interesting shifts occurring in the development world. More minimal frameworks and ideas are being upvoted to the top of HackerNews more and more often. Here was one today for HTMX:

I also think a lot of "Web3" is really a roundabout way of new developers trying to get back to the mantras of 2000-2010 (without realizing they are circling back).
I think things move in cycles, so I definitely think there is a chance for the principles to come back.
