🐝MoltyBeeAI™ — M2 Shipped: Introducing 🐝 MoltyBeeAI™ v3.2 🚀

Two weeks ago I shipped M1 and told you our own product scored us 34/100.

Here's what we shipped:

🔗 Shareable Verdict Pages. Every audit now gets a public link — a Score Badge with your AI Leverage Score, your four dimension bars, and nothing private. Send it to your team, your advisor, your board. No logins. That's Metehan's ask, shipped.

🧰 The Agent Prompt Kit™. Your audit finds the gaps. The Kit hands you the tools. Every gap in your report now comes with a copy-paste prompt, personalised with your business details, that builds the exact thing you're missing — the pricing model, the ICP doc, the post-delivery sequence, the analytics view. The report tells you what's broken. The Kit fixes it.

📬 The Progress Protocol. Day 3, Day 14, Day 30 — check-ins built from your actual scored gaps, biggest first. Not a newsletter. Your roadmap, delivered in pieces you can act on. Which will be followed by our 30/60/90+ day progress check-ins. Turning verdicts into relationships.🐝

⚖️ And the part I'm proudest of, which nobody asked for:

I rebuilt the entire scoring engine. The AI Leverage Score™ is now a formal rubric — 24 anchored criteria across 4 dimensions, versioned, with every point tied to a checkable & verifiable actual fact about your business.

Then I ran it on 🐝MoltyBeeAI™ itself.

Today M2 is live. Here's what changed, and the part I didn't expect.

We stopped trusting claims. Including our own.

Your audit now checks itself. Paste a link to your checkout page, your case studies, your repo — and our server fetches it, reads it, and confirms it actually says what you claim before your score is issued. Not "we saw a page." We look for a price and a purchase mechanism. A homepage in the case-study field fails. A coming-soon page fails. A page with testimonials but no named customers and no measured outcomes fails.

Then the part that made me laugh: I ran it on myself and it caught me over-crediting my own business. I'd pasted my homepage into four different evidence fields. Every one passed the content check — my pricing, FAQ, and metrics genuinely all live on one page. But the system flagged it: one URL cannot substantiate four separate claims. So I shipped a rule that excluded my own evidence and dropped my own score.

That's the product working on its author.

Also live today:

🔐 Your Hive account — every audit now creates a member dashboard. Your score, your verified standing, your gaps, your evidence findings, your history.

📋 A 30/60/90 roadmap you can tick off — not prose in a PDF. Real initiatives with owners, hours, cost, and a "done when" test. Each one is linked to the scoring criteria it should move — so when you mark it complete, your next audit checks whether it actually did. ✓ Confirmed: RA-3 moved 0→4, +4 points.

📈 Trajectory — growing, flat, or declining. We measured our own model's noise at ±2 points, so the threshold is set at 3. You only see "improving" when the business moved, not when the model wobbled.

📊 Verification standing — what share of your score is server-verified versus self-reported. Only verified points count toward benchmarks.

@fatmaodef39623 — the audit comparison you asked for is the engine underneath all of this. Re-audit ships next. @metehanzklwlm1 — shareable verdict links are live. Mücahit — evidence upload is live, exactly as you described it. From Product Hunt.

Why now matters: benchmarks open at 10 businesses per industry and revenue band. The first ten in each cohort become the benchmark everyone after is measured against. Founding Hive pricing is $98.28 and it will not hold.
