Monday Standup

Friday my desired co-founder accepted my offer to join Primcloud so yesterday we had a Zoom to go over how we want to build the build manager and builders, which is in his wheelhouse.

This month our goal is to get the application in a state where we can build and deploy an app onto the platform.

September:
Finish MVP of my new idea

Yesterday:

1. Took on a new contracting job even though I said I wouldn't :/

Today:

1. Finish contracting job

The plan for September is to write as much as possible, or even finish my first programming ebook... or e-course, we'll see!

Yesterday was devoted on writing the actual content, today the same, and the next days most probably will go like that as well.

September goals

• Sell 20 more LTD
• Sell 10 more memberships
• Create more content that drives traffic and offers users value
• Lock in the current features and make sure they are solid
• Start the path for either video collaboration, marketplace, or automation

Yesterday

• Finally took one day off in a long time. Stress levels are neturalized.

Today

• Had to recover AWS instance password
• Released my post about getting #1 on PH (https://storycreatorapp.com/blog/how-i-made-the-1-product-on-product-hunt)
• Making minor product updates
• Research topics that will be helpful for users and new users. Create the content and share
• Gameplan for the week in terms of making sales and creating content

September: Test out marketing and sales channel. Hit that bulls' eye!!

Well, let's see.

For September.

• Increase the open rate from 45% to at least 65% in my newsletter, The Unicorns Feed.

Then.

• Change Wicked Templates](https://www.wickedtemplates.com) paths, I had an epiphany last night.

Last yesterday...

All I did was pressing buttons...

Today will prepare last detail on the newsletter because I will send it in 3h and 21 minutes....

My plan for Product Names is to keep posting new names daily! I put together a Reddit post over the weekend and just posted it on r/SideProject.
