Monetised Articles System !!!

I am going to start a Monetised Articles System soon which will pay you as per your views. I need your thoughts on participations and other things that can improve this system.

The rate per 1000 views will $15 at max and $5 dollars minimum.
Monetisation will be first handled by adsense and in future we will use custom banner.
