But…
… you can make it so much easier when using a proven process and templates that already worked.
That's why I decided to create a Notion templates that guide you through the whole process of checking out your competitors.
Nice template. One gap I kept hitting with a manual Notion approach: competitor moves slip through between checks. A pricing change or new feature can go live mid-week and you won't notice until your next review. What fixed it for me was adding a lightweight automated check on a few key pages/feeds, then using the board purely for the analysis layer instead of detection. The template gets a lot more valuable when something else catches the moves for you.
