Moonlighting Mistakes?

Hi Everyone,
I am struggling with a concern that is preventing me from making the progress that I want to make. I searched the forums and couldn't find any pointers on how to deal with it.

I have spent a year building upon my idea which is starting to get some traction (users like it and traffic is from app store SEO). I am far from quitting the job to go full time. I know that I will need to keep moonlighting for atleast two more years.

But at this time in my side hustle, I need to show up (as founder) with my business to gain confidence of my customers, I also need to make videos and participate in content development (podcasts interviews) as part of content marketing strategy if I want to accelerate my user growth.

I work at a very large corp in customer facing role, my team and bosses don't know about the project. It is not an entrepreneurial friendly org atleast from where I stand. Although, my side hustle is completely unrelated to employment (so, no issues with non-compete etc), I am worried that if my bosses get to know about my interests then they will judge me negatively and my path within organization will become difficult.

I am wondering if anyone of you have opinions on:
1.) What mistakes to avoid in informing about side hustle at the current job?
2.) Intrinsically I think, the bosses that have corporate ladder mindset generally do not like a moonlighting employee, Am I wrong?
3.) For how long did you take before you started associating your name to the business while being employed elsewhere?

What mistakes would you like me to avoid?
