More features won’t fix slow growth, but better positioning will

More features won’t fix slow growth.
Clear positioning will.

When growth slows, most founders respond by:

  • building more features

  • adding edge cases

  • expanding the product

But more features don’t help if people don’t understand the core value.

If users can’t quickly answer:

  • what this product does

  • who it’s for

  • why it’s better than alternatives

they won’t care how many features it has.

Slow growth is often a clarity problem, not a feature problem.

I’m running a free 2-week product marketing & positioning sprint for indie hackers and early-stage SaaS founders to help:

  • sharpen positioning

  • simplify messaging

  • focus the product around one clear problem

No upsells. Just clarity.

If this sounds like your situation, happy to include your product.
