Over the last few weeks, I’ve been talking to a lot of founders here.
Different products, different stages but the pattern is surprisingly similar:
Most “growth problems” aren’t growth problems.
They’re usually:
I’ve seen people:
→ chase traffic when the real issue was clarity
→ add features when users didn’t understand the core value
→ blame churn when it was actually billing or onboarding
Same symptoms. Different root causes.
The hard part isn’t fixing the problem.
It’s identifying the right one.
Lately, I’ve been helping a few founders break this down:
→ what’s actually holding things back
→ where the real bottleneck is
→ and what to focus on next
If you feel stuck in traffic, conversion, churn, etc, drop a comment or DM me what you’re working on.
Happy to take a look and share what I see.

That framing is sharp especially the part about founders protecting the current narrative. I think a lot of “stuck” founders are actually optimizing for emotional consistency instead of market truth. Admitting the framing is wrong can feel like losing months of progress, even when it’s the fastest path forward.
