Most invoice tools solve invoice #1, not reminder #2

I spent today reading invoice generator, OCR, and freelancer dashboard threads here, same gap kept showing up. People have ways to create invoice #1 fast, but once the invoice is out, approvals drift into email and nobody owns reminder #2.

Thats the narrow thing I'm building ChaseFlow around. Not a full finance suite, just the follow-up layer after sent, overdue, and half-answered client threads start piling up.
