Most of the fruits have already been picked

Hello everyone, it's been around 1 month since I started working on my new SaaS, my vision/motivation is to create more valuable things for the people, and I used to feel that there are endless opportunities out there and I can do anything.

But today I came across this youtube video:-

In this video, this guy is talking about how this is the time for social media influencers, we can't do anything in tech, and how everyone should become an influencer in order to be able to make money.
Then he also shared a reference from a person that I really admire, Vitalik, and his tweet was:- " Internet opened a new low hanging fruit era and most of the low hanging fruits have now been picked "
This video and statement make me really feel demotivated and kind of feeling to have a break from everything. I know I might sound like a kid, but I don't know how to act in this situation, I want to create more things on the internet, but it is really disturbing me now inside and out.

I would really appreciate your thoughts and advice about this :)
