Multiple currencies

I had to cave in and started accepting payments for EmailEngine in USD in addition to EUR. Previously, EUR was the only option. While EUR remains the default, new customers can now select USD when subscribing. I found out the hard way that not everyone in the world has automatic conversion to euros on their credit cards, and there were too many instances where customers faced errors during the subscription process due to insufficient funds — simply because their balance did not include euros 💵💵💵
