MVP Program participants and feedback πŸ™

I quit my job last year to focus on a career change.

While working out my pivot, I started picking up some consulting projects w/ 2 startups that I was both passionate about and felt I could help.

The experience being independent so far has been really fun.

I got excited about this and started building a platform for Solopreneurs to build up their personal credibility and land new projects.

As part of the β€˜MVP’, we’re starting a 30-day Solopreneur Accelerator for Marketing and Growth people to start building their independent consulting/advising businesses.

The first cohort starts in Feb. No cost to sign up, but the spots are limited.
You can learn more HERE https://bit.ly/solopreneur-accelerator

Think of it as a time-boxed, goal-oriented mastermind group with:
πŸ‘‰ private Slack community
πŸ‘‰ weekly Q&A sessions with experienced solopreneurs
πŸ‘‰ step-by-step resource workbook with weekly challenges to create momentum & accountability

Would love feedback on the landing page, but also if you know anyone who you think would be a strong addition... LMK!

The over the fold area is clear and tells me already what this is about. The logo looks oddly blurry and reminds me of Facebook's logo. Like a version of Facebook's logo you bought from Wish dot com. And it's a bit odd how your logo is an F but your Favicon is a W.

I'm also a bit confused about the screenshot on the right side of the over the fold area. I'm confused because I don't know whether this person is real. It kind of looks real but also a fake stock photo person, too. You should use this prime real estate to build authority to show me that you have something valuable to offer me.

The on mouse hover effect of the Apply Now button looks cheap, I don't love it.

The features area icons (e.g. the rocketship) look visually almost identical to the buttons. Visual consistency is a good thing, but this is not the way to go about it. It should be clear without moving the mouse what is a clickable button, now it's not perfectly clear here.

Who is that dude in the screenshot? If that's you, introduce yourself and tell me why I should listen to you. Tell me your story and your expertise. If it's a stock photo dude, it doesn't really add any value to the website.

Your offer of "pay how much you think it's worth" seems like a good selling point. I would consider having that at the over the fold area.

The main problem in the landing page, in my opinion, is that there is no building of trust. You are just asking people to join your program, but we, the users, have no indication as to who are you and whether you have any valuable input to help us. How about telling your story on the page? Who are you, why did you decide to start this? What are you experience on this field? Have you done this before, if so, what were the results and perhaps include some information from a past program client?

Thank you so much - this feedback is gold.

I really appreciate both the design and value prop feedback.

Telling my story is a great idea. Let me make some updates and keep you posted!
