My biggest entrepreneurial question

In the last 8 months I have started 4 different projects and in all of them I was able to get daily users!

This for me is a great accomplishment because it validates that my product is solving a problem.

My virtual co-working space has reached 30 paying users but it has stagnated and not grown ever since...

How does one overcomes this barrier and scales a validated idea to a profitable business??

Tiago, your problem looks like a scale/growth problem.
I have a few things for you to start understanding - A business grows by below item list.
    Customer acquisition
    A resistance less onboarding
    Engagement/Retention strategy
    And Ultimately Monetisation strategy

Though you have to solve all the above to make the business run. But for now, it looks like you are stuck at the very beginning of acquiring customers.
    Acquisition has many levers -

    1. Organic - SEO/ASO
    2. Paid ads/marketing - this is recommended only if you prepare the sequential steps easier otherwise it will be a waste of funds.
    3. Content startegy - In the world, people are trying out much stuff for this and simp; lest is to get started with knowledgeful articles, Twitter threads, Linkedin 100 posts.
    4. Product integration with some other product - so that users of other products can start checking out yours.
    5. Referral - This could be a game-changer, if you think you have an initial set of customer who is using and liking your product - set up a referral strategy.

Whatever I wrote above is certainly very brief. Happy to answer any specific queries related to your product.

Thanks for the answer. I have tried many of these strategies. Which ones would help me scale up?

At your stage, go for referral.
You have just 30-35 customers. Plan a very specific referral strategy to target them.
Try to have multiple experiment and see which one works.
