My first collaboration + official launch soon? (discussion/tips needed)

There's been a lot of progress on https://journr.app/ lately, everything from development to collaborations. A guy starting up a UI/UX Design Agency reached out to me on IG, as he saw one of my TikToks and liked the idea of Journr. We then had a few meetings,
and landed a free-collaboration.

The deal is that they re-design or design anything I'd like (within a scope), with the option of payment in the future of more complex design-solutions. In return, I mention them in my bio, videos, landingpage, app, as a collaborator on UX Design. We have a really great tone, talking and sending progress on Snapchat, updates on Discord, and
overall it's a really good tone so far.

The design-results have been great. Since I'm a solopreneur, I have actively
chosen to not focus on the UI/UX too much, but rather the functionality now in the start. To have others proposing design-options is very beneficial, more than I would've guessed. They for example suggested the gridded-feed, and revamped the navbar.

This is how Journr looks now, and I love how the platform is taking its shape.
Created "Circles" this week, which is how people can interact, like a forum.
This is also where I have most of my monetization-plans, as of now.

How Journr works now:
If you're just looking to use Journr for personal tracking/improvement, you can:

  1. Create an activity for anything you want to track time and amount
  2. Set a specific goal for this activity, with a completed_by time.
You can also set a reward for when it's completed, like 2h of screentime, 3 episodes of Netflix, etc.
  3. Take pictures of undergoing progress to store

If you're looking to share progress with friends, you can. That's what "Added" and "Discovery" are for.

If you're looking to share posts to a specific community, you can.
Are you fishing? Share and see other fishers posts/progress.
Are you serious about completing goals? Invite your friends, set a $ fee each time you slack, and at the end of the week/month, the most consistent participant takes the built-up pot.

I have taken good feedback from Reddit and others in my target-group, what would you like?
I think Journr's ready for an official launch by 01.06. Ofc small details here & there with improvments, but that can be iterated after the launch :)
If you've read everything so far, thank you. I'd appreciate it if you tried Journr as well <3 https://journr.flutterflow.app/
