My first step in building a productized service - UI to code conversion

I run a software dev agency and I've always wanted to standardize our offerings but was confused as to what would be a good start.

After much thought and pitching the idea to a few people(who showed interest in the service), I decided to offer UI to code conversion service for mobile screens at a flat rate.
