My own solution for increasing profits
Hi,
For every business, profit is the ultimate goal. Without profits, surviving and delivering our vision to the world is impossible.
But it is not clear how to increase profits. Yes, we know that we need to sell more and decrease the costs. We try 3-5 things to sell more. Then, we check the costs: our bills, contracts, etc. Then we are lost between these efforts.
I felt this again and again and then tried to find a solution to this. What would happen if I knew what to do every week to increase my profits? What would happen if I knew tactics to test?
I looked for a solution like this. And I could not find it. So I created my own roadmap!

I used the mindset to double profits in my previous roles. Also, I applied these tactics for my own startup that I exited for a 6 figure in under 8 months.
