👋 Hey everyone, thought I’d share a bit of my SaaS journey so far.
The pain point that kicked this off: meetings. I’d walk out of a customer call or 1:1 and then the scramble would start - action items lost in Slack, context buried in email threads, and notes scattered across Notion or docs. Half the time I’d prep for a follow-up and realize I was piecing together three different places just to remember what we decided last time.
So nights and weekends I started hacking on a small tool that’s grown into what I’m now calling ProntixAI. It started simple:
Where I’d love to take it: aggregating transcripts from Zoom/Fireflies/Otter, plugging into tools like Asana or JIRA, and supporting “bring your own LLM” so teams can use their own models if they want.
I’d say the biggest theme of my journey so far is less tools, more clarity. Tool sprawl is real, and I’ve felt the fatigue first-hand.
👉 For those of you who’ve launched SaaS products, how did you get your first 100 paying users?
👉 And on pricing - does ~$15/month sound like a fair starting point, or would you structure it differently?
Appreciate any feedback 🙏
Really like how you’re tackling meeting chaos with ProntixAI — especially the way you’re pulling action items and making past conversations queryable with AI. That “what did I miss with Customer X?” use case is genuinely valuable, and the email interface is a smart touch for adoption.
