My search for a simpler blogging tool

My company operates multiple products with blogs and we've been searching for a simpler blogging tool for years. Specifically, we want three key features:

1.) WYSIWYG Editor with Perfect Preview
I absolutely hate figuring out if what I've written is going to look good and correct once I've published it. The entire idea of "write, then check the preview" is bankrupt.

Basecamp does this perfectly. Everything in Basecamp looks precisely the same after you publish it. Why can't blogging software?

2.) Integrated Feedback & Comments
Similar to the above, managing feedback and comments in Google Docs and then copying and pasting into the blog is dumb and is exacerbated by the previous problem. Every time someone suggests an edit, I have to do the whole preview-to-see-if-it-looks-good dance all over again.

3. Looks Good Out Of The Box
   Why is the default styling for most blogs so ugly and/or dated? In my opinion, the only significant blog platform that looks reasonable out of the box is Medium. The style can be changed or upgraded later, but it should look good and modern with zero additional work.

So here's all the blogging tools we've tried or tested:

Wordpress
Looks pretty good out the box, but the editor is horrific. There's a thousand other things I hate about Wordpress, but I'm limited my commentary to just the three features I'm looking for.

Medium
Also looks good out the box and the editor is pretty good, if very basic, but there's no integrated feedback and it's not very useful as a product blog when it's hosted on Medium.

Ghost
Comes pretty close, but it's missing the integrated feedback and has obviously shifted focus from blogging to membership sites.

Superblog.ai
Love the simplicity and it's easy to get started, but there's not even a preview button. After "publishing" you have to "deploy" and that takes ~2 minutes. At that point, you get to find out if you like what it looks like.

Write.as
Good blog design, which is good because there are no options. Editing is just undocumented markdown. The only way to see how your markdown renders is to publish, which is the opposite of what we're looking for.

Unfortunately not blogging tool, but the concept is great.

Since we couldn't find it, we've started working on our tool (https://effortlessly.co/). We would love some beta users, but mainly I'm curious for your feedback.

What am I missing? Are we crazy to want perfect previews and integrated feedback? Does anyone else want this kind of blogging tool?
