My Startup Update: Week 1

Hey! I'm Matt. I'm currently building my first ever design service: Design Sprints.

What is My Startup Update:

Welcome to My Startup Update. Weekly updates from my startup, design sprints. Hear from a young entrepreneur on his business journey.

Launch:

We launched earlier last week on PH and after doing a small SEO campaign locally.

As of right now my product has:
1 paying user.
2 demos.
500+ views.
5 upvotes on PH.

Post-Launch:

What I've been doing is optimizing the funnel for new clients. I learnt a lot from my last service product with funnels and crap like that. I started to implement A/B testing on the landing to test new ideas.

My next goal is 2 paying clients which will basically be my full month's income in two week.

Conclusion:

Even if this update is small, I hope someone out their got inspired to change their lives.
