Need A Talented Full Stack Engineer

So long story short my brother got stuck with an app he doesn't have the time or interest to work on it due to his contractee failing to pay him. I want to build it out and get it running again since it is quite a legit stream of revenue. The app itself is a competitive social network for Anglers. We have proof of concept since the app was up for more then a year and had a steady organic growth of 2-5 users a day. The app is both B2C and B2B (two streams of revenue). The competition's app is making around 100k AAR which we could easily pass up with how user friendly our app is. As of right now the plan is to get it launched by Q1 of 2021, from there we will try to capture the 30,000 original users in 6-12 months.

The majority of the app is already made all you will need to do is add a few features and manage the app after launch. Your compensation will be 25% of the company after the course of 2 years you will be paid out 25% of profits every month, and at day of sale (if we sell) you will be paid out 25% of sale price.
