Need Growth Hack Help! How to target this niche...

I'm looking to target students that have recently graduated from cosmetology school. I've scoured the keyword planners and audience targeters on various social media platforms, but nothing of quality comes up.

Perhaps there is a physical mail option that I could chase? Anybody have any other ideas?
