Need Landing Page Feedback

Does your landing page use your own product? If it does, it didn't work for me on Opera Mobile. If not, why?

This would've made a lot more sense if you'd have used Helppie to get feedback on Helppie.

The landing page copy has a lot of grammatical errors and weird sentence construction. Please proofread.

The landing page describes what the product does - install widget, collect feedback, view results on dashboard. It doesn't explain WHY.

So I'm assuming you're selling to a market who know they need a feedback collection tool and don't need to be sold on the merits of the concept.

Next, the page does not try to convince me why Helppie is better than similar products or other ways of collecting feedback. How is this better than a chat popup with an opening questionnaire? How are you making the process of collecting feedback better?
