Need tips to improve my hobby projects
Hey IH, Been a while since I talked in this community.
I would like to get a few ideas or suggestions to keep my app relevant which was created 1.5 years ago.
So I and my friend run 2 different web apps (links below) that are in the same niche with 1 being just an extracted version from another app.
2021 was the best year for us, we had lot of users visiting our sites every single day (Traffic from organic google search) and we worked both to improve the app and managed the infrastructure to handle the traffic we had at that time. As days went by we couldn't change a lot of things, we just let it stay as it was. Now the user base is definitely decreasing but that makes sense since any app if not maintained would die eventually.
But now I would like to revive or revamp our projects and that's the reason I'm here to get feedback and ideas from you guys on how I can make it more relevant or stabilise the user base. We occasionally get traffic boosts from the tik tok community as well, but it would be only for few days.
