Love the mindset that long-term resilience is honestly more important than any tech stack.

One thing that helped me early on was focusing on solving very small, very specific problems instead of trying to build something big right away. Small wins compound fast.

Are you already working on a specific idea, or still exploring?

as most people i have several too much enthusiasm i have one that i am trying to pitch to hotels that can go from invoice to pdf in less than 10 seconds its compatible and will fully integrate within the system currently employed if successful it could save about 40 mins off the checkout process during the morning rush. How about you?

That’s actually a very concrete problem to solve morning checkout friction is real, especially for busy hotels.

If it genuinely saves ~40 minutes during peak hours, that’s a strong ROI argument. Have you validated that number directly with hotel staff yet? Sometimes the way they describe the bottleneck reveals even bigger opportunities.

I like that you’re thinking in terms of time saved rather than just features — that’s usually what gets B2B buyers to pay.

Me too! I’m also building a small tool called MarkItDown AI. Since you're optimizing WordPress speed, you probably know how painful it is to manage messy content formats before importing them.

The problem I’m trying to solve:

A lot of useful information is locked inside PDFs, Word docs, slides, or spreadsheets. When you want to reuse that content in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Obsidian, or RAG workflows, the formatting often becomes a total mess.

    So I built a simple document-to-Markdown converter.

    Current focus:

    • Upload any doc $\rightarrow$ Convert it into clean Markdown.

    • Preview, copy, or download instantly.

    • Keep the entire workflow 100% lightweight.

I’m not trying to build a heavy PDF suite. The goal is just to make documents easier to reuse in AI and writing workflows.

If you have 2 minutes, I’d love to get your feedback on whether the positioning makes markitdownai

Keep crushing it with Aiturbowordpress! 🚀
