I agree with the poster above - it looks really clean and elegant! Unfortunately, yeah, it's not quite clear who the audience is: owners of vacation rentals? Hotels? If you could clarify that a bit, it'd be perfect. :) And since you're in the waitlist phase, it'd be good to have a lead magnet that's connected to your tool just so people are more motivated to give you their email address.
