New Website: Fully Dark Mode?

I'm building out a new site on Ghost, and considering my first fully dark-mode site.
To elaborate on my answer, I prefer a light them for the same reason others prefer a dark theme. I get the same "blinding" from white or light text on a black or dark bacground, but in reverse.
