Nnums week 6

Amazingly, it's now been 6 weeks that I've been working on this iteration of the Nnums project . Basically, the initial product is a simple way to stream data to backblaze B2, which provides very cheap and durable storage.

On Sept 15 I said that I hoped to stand up a working version to test and use myself by either today or the 29th, and I think there's a chance of doing that by the 29th. Here goes!
