No sign-ups on mobile, why? #saas

I am having a problem with my SaaS sign-ups metrics at https://trustisto.com/en

Sign-ip page: https://trustisto.com/en/panel/users/sign_up

70% of traffic is mobile.
100% sign-ups are desktop.

I am losing a lot of traffic, right now.

My hypothesis is a lack of Google sign-in button or any other way to sign-up.

On the other hand, to fully configure the e-commerce stores with my service you need to be on the desktop anyway - how to handle this on mobile?

Can anyone have a similar problem?

I can give you a hypothesis.

How many users are willing to sign up and play with your tool on mobile? To follow this — how many ecommerce owners manage their ecommerce platforms on mobile? (not talking about orders management but actually the platform development and customization)

Instead of asking them to signup on mobile you should ask them to leave an email so you can send them a follow up. To check the tool again when they are on their desktops.

    Hope it helps :)

Speechless. Thank you so much. Why I didn't think of it.

Mobile is tricky - The small screen has very little conversion percentages.

It's not the kind of service I would signup for on mobile.
On mobile, I would gather information, and maybe, as @marcinem suggest, leave my email to get a follow-up.
But I'd wait to be back on my desktop to signup and use the service.

So don't worry about paid conversion on mobile, but make sure you have a way to not be forgotten.

The main questions I'd have would be: how much time will take me to get started, what/who do I need to help me set it up, what kind of returns I should expect. You could set up a simple Typeform (or any other form with dynamic answers) that asks a couple of questions about my business and answers those questions once I've left my email. As a customer, I'd know what value I'd get and what effort it requires. And you'd get a qualified lead.

Funny timing on this post, as I just posted the following: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/onboarding-workflow-optimization-offering-30-minute-consultations-for-free-in-hopes-of-helping-and-learning-5e5d2b67dc

Want to set up a chat?

I have a few hypotheses that are around when someone is actually using or implementing a product like yours. My guess is that mobile is the device people are discovering you on, and I have a couple ideas for how to hand-off or "remind" them to sign up on desktop so they make it through the configuration after discovering you on mobile.

I'm in the Eastern US Time Zone and happy to set up time to chat.

      Definitely.

Sounds great! I agree with the comment or above and have a couple ideas that might help similarly. Want to email me at yash@theluminolabs.com and we can find a time to chat this week?
