Hmm, looks like It was bad idea to build without any audience. I have build School ERP that no one wants . Maybe I am missing something. I am not a business person. but, I can build things without AI. I am a developer. AI makes things easier to make and harder to sell. though, School ERP market is the hardest to enter. but, worth trying . I guess. because, once you are in. there might be very less competition.
This is my first time. trying to sell something. and it is hard . It is hard to find people and talk to them. I don't really know how to do it.
I am confused. If anyone have advice or can bring organic traffic. I guess. I need a co founder at this point of time just to do handle business side of things.
I don't know. Maybe I don't need a co founder at all.
School ERP is one of the hardest markets to break into as a solo founder. Schools have procurement cycles that run 6+ months and they usually want references and compliance certs before they even demo. Have you tried selling directly to teachers or department heads instead of the admin office? A free single-classroom version that teachers adopt organically can force the school's hand later. What tech stack did you build it on?
I am trying to sell online and it does not work. I guess. I should sell it to someone else. I don't have much connections with schools.
