I'd argue that it's sometimes the opposite?

A painter will always look at their painting and see the thing that isn't quite right. I think the difference is knowing when to put down the brush and stop trying to amend it.

There's a fine line between doing too much and too little.

Some ideas work well, and some ideas fail it totally depends on the idea, audience, market, business model, need, pricing, and other factors.

If you understand all the above things with defined calculations then you can work correctly and your idea will also work.

But sometimes you need to take action and take the first mover seat in the result you may fail and get a good result and get the benefits of the first mover.
