Being a non-founder startup exec is difficult. I take on huge responsibilities without the support my founder has from their advisors, board of directors, investors, etc.
Founders need/deserve this support.
Lack of a support system is the biggest pain point I have as a non-founder startup exec. It's lonely at the top and I don't have the right people to go to.
So I decided start a community for peeps like me, so we can provide support, give guidance and feedback.
