OCD Budgeting

Hey everybody,
I am trying to scratch my own itch when trying to do an accurate analysis of my budget spending as a consumer.
The solution needs to be automated, and require minimal input from the user to be useful in our busy daile life's. The goal is to provide accurate information about spending patterns of items, and of the price fluctuations/changes of products in different stores, through time.

Most banking apps work well with categorising spending into different buckets depending on the store, the issue is this is way too general for me, as going to Walmart I spend money on medicine, alcohol, healthy food and snacks. My attempt was to split the groceries into multiple receipts, but unfortunately did not stick to that.

Is that an issue that anyone is struggling with aswell? Is this anyone's pain point?
