My name is Cesc Vilanova, based in sunny Barcelona.
I’m a former video-game designer, turned into a product manager, turned into an entrepreneur ($2k MRR but eventually failed), turned into an intrapreneur (from concept to multi-million $ exit).

Since the acquisition, I've learned a lot but also seen with my eyes (and suffered in my soul) how difficult is to change a company from sales-driven to product-led.

I think that my skillset and experience (50% product manager & 50% founder) can be especially helpful for early-stage products that haven't yet found product/market fit.
I feel that "just enough product management" can help business or technical-oriented founders increase their chances of building something that people want.

Why I'm doing this for free?
- It will help me validate if I can offer real value.
- I want to find recurring pain points in the pre-product/market fit phase. I'd like to solve them with new digital products and productized services.
- I've already started doing something similar in the last few weeks in a smaller scale (4 founders). I love doing whatever I can to help them succeed.
The call was really helpful! Cesc helped me and my wife spot problems that were not obvious to us, he also suggested several growth ideas that we didn't think of! He also shared some book titles and apps to gather the marketing stats we need.
This was one of those rare calls when time moves slowly not because it's boring, but because so much value can hardly fit into 30 minutes :)
