Nice work getting a finished Notion-based product out there — turning a concept into something people can actually buy is already a big step.

One thing I’ve noticed with one-time sale tools (especially Notion templates and products) is that the perceived value often hinges on the clarity of outcomes you promise — not just what’s included. Metrics like “get X results in Y time” or “save Z hours per week” tend to convert better than lists of pages/features alone.

Curious — as you think about product positioning or future updates, have you tested (or considered) outcome-focused headlines vs. “what’s in the pack” copy on your landing page?

      Appreciate the perspective.
This is intentionally being sold as a concept/IP handoff, not as a finished, outcome-driven product. What’s public is the general framework — the deeper logic and sequencing sit elsewhere and are part of the transfer.
I’m not funded and working under real resource constraints, so instead of half-building or over-promising, I’d rather pass it to a team or investor with the capital to take it further, while I focus on other projects I can actually execute.

That makes sense — framing it as an IP handoff rather than an outcome product changes the expectations completely.

I like the honesty around constraints too. Passing a concept on at the right point instead of half-building it often preserves more value for everyone involved.

Hope it lands with a team that has the bandwidth to take it the rest of the way.

Appreciate that — and thanks again for the thoughtful exchange.
If this ever resonates with someone in your network who’s actively looking for early-stage concepts or IP handoffs, I’d be grateful for a nudge or introduction. My goal is simply to get it into the right hands so it can be taken further.

            Appreciate that — and likewise.

I agree this kind of handoff only really works when it’s timed right and expectations are explicit. Hopefully it finds a team that can carry it forward properly.

            Thanks for the thoughtful discussion.

Very interesting take. I’ll look into this

Selling it as a one-time Notion handoff is interesting, but I keep wondering how much value survives once someone customizes it for thier own audience. Feels like the concept does a lot of the work here, not the tooling.

    1. 1

      That’s a fair question.
Yes, the main value is in the concept itself — and that’s intentional.
What’s being sold is a flexible framework and logic, not a fixed Notion template.
It’s designed to be customized for different audiences while preserving the core experience.

The hardest thing about B2B is that you're often selling to someone who didn't budget for your category. They need the result you provide but never planned to pay for it.

The products that win here usually create a new budget line (by being categorically new) or steal from existing budget by making the ROI comparison obvious. Which of those are you trying to do?

I actually built a quick visual prototype to test some of those assumptions — minimal, no heavy backend, just the value outcome.

Would love your thoughts if you have a minute:

Appreciate that. It’s an early-stage concept focused on turning inner pressure into structured clarity — still validating quietly.
