Open Source Electronics Custom HW+SW?

I plan to promote my product development skills by releasing an open source hardware+software project. Inside my company I have access to everything from component suppliers, electrical engineers, PCB designers, CPU and Firmware specialists, 3D design, CAD, and 3D printing.

The team has experience with hooking up NVIDIA Jetson, Arduino or ARM CPUs to batteries, motors, servos, steppers, cameras, various sensors, LEDs, buttons and IMUs.

So designing a little product like

should be doable.

When going with a Jetson CPU/GPU SoC, real-time AI and/or real-time audio / video modification should also be possible. Or bluetooth. Or voice control integration.

It's just that I don't have any good idea.

I know that usually sharing your product idea in public would be a bad idea, but since I plan to design and release it as open source anyway, I guess it's not a problem if someone else will "steal" the idea and do a very similar open source project.

So if you imagine any small hardware gadget that you always wished would exist as an open source hardware project, feel free to pitch it here :)
