It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions (and a lot of caffeine) since we launched ExactFeedback on the 6th of October, 2023. And yep, you guessed it, we’re on the classic hustle to our first $1k MRR.

So here we are, trying to pick the brains of this brilliant community. And maybe, just maybe, get some help from the SaaS veterans among you. 🧐

Quickly, what is ExactFeedback?

ExactFeedback is a user feedback tool. We provide our clients with an interface to offer to their users. Here, users can give anonymous feedback and advice on how to improve the product/service.

The Grand Strategy (critique heavily welcomed):

• SEO: I am thinking about writing articles that are easy for search engines to find and I want to include some statistics to get backlinks as well.

• Product Hunt: Ideate the plan to launch for Product Hunt.

• Hacker News & Reddit: Engaging genuinely and helpfully, no spammy vibes.

• LinkedIn: Being a friendly and helpful face in relevant posts/comments.

• Ads: We were thinking of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. (but we have no experience here).
