Hi folks!
I just want to share with you our latest project at minimum.run and how we are validating the idea and launching the product.
Problem 😔:
Companies offer hybrid models (remote and in-office) to be flexible and attract employees. But it is difficult to manage the desktops available in this flexible environment.
Pitch 🤝:
Desky is a solution designed for the new working spaces and remote-friendly companies. You can manage any workstation, giving the opportunity to employees to easily book a desk in your office.
This tool will be forever free, so you can try it here: (https://www.trydesky.com/)
Validation 🧠:
The idea: We have partnered with one of the biggest HR startups in Europe (Factorial) to validate our hypothesis. As you may know, due to the Covid-19 most of the companies are "remote-friendly", but nowadays, it's a headache for them to manage remote and in-office teams.
The product: We are trying to make it as simple as possible, we love Calendly, one purpose, one feature, huge impact. So our customer flow is something like:
💡 Sign up >> create your space >> your teammates can book a seat in your office
Interviews: Once the MVP is ready, we have launched the product and started to receive users, we have tried to book as many demos as we can and receive direct feedback from users.
North Star: Our goal is to reach 1,000 active companies by the end of the month, a company will be active IF (They have created an account, they have made at least 3 reservations)
Prioritization: Currently we have 2 options, we can develop more features, integrations and make bigger the product, or we can improve our current version and improve the onboarding process (We'll take the second path).
Build In Public: We are building the product and sharing updates every day on Twitter.
Launching on Product Hunt. We are preparing our launching on Product Hunt, but we want to receive feedback before we launch, so we can work on it.
⚠️ That's the reason why I'm here, would be nice to receive your feedback and recommendations.
Any feedback about the product or the process to achieve 1k users? (https://www.trydesky.com/)⚠️🤝😔
