Outlook data plugin? Read out agenda/mails?

Hi fellow IndieHackers,

For our startup (which is still in very early stage) we often get the question to get an estimation on how much time people spend on certain customers. To be more concrete, how much time they spend sending emails, in meeting with certain customers, etc....
Example: The last three months I send customer X 10 mails and booked 2 meetings.

I was wondering if there is already an Outlook plugin available where you can extract agenda- and email data? If not, is there a way you can extract mail- and agenda data to use for analysis?
