Partnering with SaaS companies?

Hey.

I've been on a trek to find startup "Saas" companies to discuss customer acquisition strategies. Just a few minor problems.

1. Where/How do you find the operations?
   I've thought different search terms -- not really successful - could
   spend days doing this
   product hunt -- a little better.. but not much

2. And then I realized -- even if you find a few/many, it appears
   sites/operations only have contact forms!! wtf!
   (if you want to discuss something -- deal/services/buyout/partnership
   how can you expect to do this!!)

3. Looking over/through Affiliate Network Operations -- the ones
   that match Publisher/Affiliate with the hope that there
   will be an affiliate directory (thought process.. a lot of Saas have
   affiliate programs!)
   -still not successful

so, any ideas/thoughts on how to find these guys!!
