Partnership Thoughts for SAAS

The last two years, I met two gents working in the legal fraternity in my country.
They had an idea of linking up lawyers to potential clients and also creating a platform where people could easily find and chat with lawyers.

They made me join as CTO, I got into coding and build a website.
After 6 Months, We had an MVP.
One thing we understood is that for the software market place to work out we need to have lawyers signup. My teammates wrote letters to the lawyers regulating authority to seek clarity and introduce the website to the lawyers, the unfortunate thing is there has never been any response from the lawyers regulating authority.
The lack of response made my two teammate who had initially agreed to market the product slow down, they would go months without talking about the products unless I mention it.
Each time we would meet, they would come up with so many theories of how to progress, after we disperse, they get back into the usual quietness and no actions.

We are about to get into year 3 with one lawyer on the platform, no marketing strategy. They they have come up with another thing that I should build a legal management system after they had a chat with 1 lawyer who showed interested in having one.

I feel drained working with such a team when I can also do the marketing and client on-boarding by myself.

I'm thinking of going solo. I recently sent them a question in the group and it was like "What will you two be doing while I code a prototype of the the LMS"?
The responses I got was something like, the two of us will be doing the business side , while you are the CTO of the team...

These are guys who have never started or run a business before like I have done.
