🚀 Paying Users within 24 hours of Launch.

🔨 Initially, I built Tethered v1 as an experiment and decided to release it for free with a usage quota. It was a great way to gauge interest and gather feedback.

📋 To keep the momentum going, I set up a waitlist for Tethered v2, even though it would be a paid version. The response was fantastic, and many people joined the waitlist, I didn't expect it as this was supposed to be a casual experiment.

💡 Taking inspiration from their feedback, I started working on Tethered v2, incorporating their feedback. Additionally, I worked tirelessly to find ways to significantly reduce costs, as the freemium version was already incurring expenses of around $700 within the first month.

🚀 Just a few days ago, I launched Tethered v2 in beta! It was accessible to anyone who visited our page, and to my amazement, within less than 24 hours without any outreach, our first paying customer signed up! It's an incredibly gratifying feeling when someone is willing to pay for the product you've poured time and effort into building.

...and users just keep paying.
