PayPal Subscriptions & InvoicesB2B SaaS

For those of you who use PayPal Subscriptions, how do you generate invoice to customers?

Because PayPal just create a transaction that can be printed to PDF, but I need invoice.

It's easy when there just few transactions per month but when there are >100 it's tricky.
