“We help X do Y doing Z”.

We help non-technical marketers discover return on investment in social media by turning engagement metrics into revenue metrics.
If the description is clear and invisible, I'd recommend a potential investor/ micro-VC/ accelerator/ funding source. I will also provide feedback. (We can do it together)
Why?
Day-time: I invest Seed to Series A startups. I listen to a lot of elevator pitches (But doesn't mean I'm a good listener). Previously worked for the largest Seed accelerator & investor. Night-time: I also learn and build stuff, currently unlocking VenturesList. I'd like to leverage the platform to become a better listener, presentation critique, and challenge my domain knowledge.
If you think this is not for you and you want to keep the side project small, you can still take part in the one-sentence challenge. Let's see :)

Helm is a market network for building and optimizing data-driven enterprise teams.
We help companies optimize their teams by providing real-time insight on collaboration habits using data learned from a community of people sharing their projects.
Interesting @joinhelm
Can you elaborate and trim down buzzwords before I make a recommendation?
Absolutely! A market network is a platform that combines a social network and a marketplace, usually through a SaaS tool. The goal with Helm is to help companies reduce employee turnover and increase employee utilization.
The plan is to create a social network of "builders" (people who share projects and ideas - much like IH but without a focus on businesses) and use data collected about working styles and projects from this network to help companies identify gaps or inefficiencies within their existing teams.
Essentially, companies will pay us to give them real-time insight, based on how their employees work, about what they can do to better understand and utilize their teams, starting with individual employees.
Command helps small SaaS companies consolidate all of the tools they need for running their business into one place, saving the need for juggling multiple apps and helping to keep monthly expenses down.
@rglover Nice concept! Would be great if you can replace "consolidate all of the tools" into an actual example of the "tools".
Follow up question: How'd help SaaS companies keeping their expenses low/ down?
Investor: I'd recommend https://www.efounders.com/
On it! Thanks, Felix. I'll take a closer look at eFounders.
logre.io help developers on logging doing a platform where developers can start to log stuff with one click.
Why: The current log tools like datadog, stacktrace, newrelic are not easy to start and demand a good amount of work to get it working properly.
Nice work @Quaresma
Imagine I'm a not technical investor. How'd you twist your pitch?
Follow up question:
Looking forward to hearing your twist before I make a recommendation.
This is a hard one 🤔. I would say "Logging is a way to know what is happening in the app"
Help developers to know what is happening in their apps in a few seconds.
When I said "easy" it was about the setup. Usually for Newrelic and Datadog, you have to setup many things on the server or a new agent(specific server to receive the logs) to start. What logre.io provides as different is the possibility to start to log stuff with no setup. It is specially helpful for small - medium apps and debug issues.
Gotcha @Quaresma it's so much clear now. So I think the challenge is whether you can pitch your idea as simple as possible + without explanation.
Investor: I'd recommend http://www.pear.vc/
