Planning out projects
I'm trying to work on building a web project but I can't seem to get my mind together to actually plan it out. Does anyone have an idea of how software projects are planned out. The different design "blueprints" I need to produce before actually implementing the idea by writing code. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
i can send you a sample Notion document where i laid out the entire plan and timeline!
personally, templates are more of a mental model rather than something i clone and fill in... what i do is start with a completely blank document and write out a high-level table of contents to fill in one by one. then, i always have to take that and create a second, hopefully final version by removing redundancies, pointing out important things i missed, and making action-item type sentences/phrases as to-do item like as possible (i can clarify this if youd like because it probably sounds pretty vague right now).
