Platform for developers/builders where people list problems that need to be resolved
Hello community! I need some feedback and validation on an idea I have in mind.
I am thinking to build a website where people can list the different problems they have in their industry or life so apps/platforms builders can use it as a source of problems to be resolved. The people can vote if they also are experiencing the same problem and this will help the builders to somehow validate that indeed there is a problem and people interested on having a solution.
What do you think about this? Many builders first build the solution and then they try to look for a problem that fits. I already have in mind many features for the tool, like:

Categorization and Tagging: Enable users to categorize their problems by industry, type, or other relevant tags for easy searching.

Anonymous Posting Option: Allow users to submit problems anonymously to encourage honesty and openness.

Developers interested on the problem will be able to contact the persons that agreed on having that issue, so they can gather more feedback.

Developers can submit their proposed solutions, with details on how they plan to address the problem.

People will be able to follow the developers so they can be in contact and start testing the MVP
-At some point I would like to add the possibility to find a co-founder, so two or three persons can work on the same idea together.
You that are developers, think this would be useful to find problems to be solved?
