PlayArcade and LifePlay

What you're working on:
I've been working on creating an economy for my Game Development community, establishing that community in the Rally.io ecosystem, and building products for other Creators to use. To date those projects include:

  • The $PLAY Coin: A social token for our community
  • PlayArcade: A web arcade which runs on social tokens and NFTS
  • LifePlay: A charitable arm which is a grant and lifetime rewards program for youth play activities

How much revenue it's making:

  • The $PLAY Coin (launched 4/22/21): $25k - $150k per month
  • PlayArcade (launched 12/20/21): $150 per week
  • LifePlay (launching in Feb 2022): $75k to date

The personal story behind starting it:
I've had several major solo SAAS projects, and one awesome group project, but no standout successes beyond lifestyle businesses. Spare time stuff using midnight oil. In Feb 2021, I was working as an architect at a private jet company, which I loved and was a truly excellent job working with great people with amazing benefits. I discovered crypto/social tokens and realized it was a tremendous opportunity to move my 10yo FB Game Dev community towards it. So I quit my job, launched a small but powerful plan, applied for a social token on Rally, and began to execute. I grabbed my best friends to help me. It's given me financial and creative freedom I've only dreamed of.

Some helpful tips and learnings:

  • Surround yourself with smart people
  • Recruit and hire early, just do it
  • Balance your activities so you don't spend your time in a hole
  • Get on camera/mic and talk about what you're doing.. but more specifically about how it can/is helping people

Can you explain the product more, what you provide, and what people pay for that generates your $25k to $150k a month in revenue? Assume I know nothing about crypto. Averaging that out, it's $1.5M in annual revenue, an incredible feat and surely one of the top performers here on IndieHackers. I'm just a bit unclear on what you're selling.
