Im looking at the USA real estate agent industry.
Can you comment on what makes you chose a certain agent/company in the USA?
What is your general view of a realtor?
Is there a website you would go to for help choosing a realtor?
Any extra info that would help you chose a realtor?

Personally I plan to buy a home in the next 24 months and am skeptical of the value that a realtor would offer. It seems like the value is 1) finding the right home and 2) dealing with paperwork. 1) I feel like I can do via Zillow and Redfin and stuff. 2) I would need help with but the amount that a realtor charges seems too high for 2. I'm not sure though. I'll have to talk to people who know about this sort of stuff for advice.
As for how I would find a realtor, websites typically give very little information as to how good the realtor would be. I like realtors who have YouTube channels. Then I can watch their videos and get a sense for whether they will be good or not. I'd probably do that if I wasn't able to get a good recommendation from someone I know.
