Plug and play convo insights for your chatbots?

Problem: more and more people are making and using chatbots of all sorts, especially intelligent, open-ended ones, but it's hard to understand what your bot's users are talking about and what they care about without building an entire analysis system from scratch.

Solution: an interactive dashboard for bot makers and their customers to dive deep into what users talk to with their bots, primarily using NLP.

Hopefully some Indie Hackers who are hacking together bots could give some perspective on this idea :)
