pre-screen as service

I am not sure whether to put this as ideas and validation or landing page feedback, but we are doing both, as in we are using this landing page to validate our idea.

The hypothesis is that there is a need for non-technical people to hire technical talents, and what we provide is a platform for the non-technical person to build and generate an online assessment test that fits their business needs. We put emphasis on not using technical jargon and have a guided experience as users pick and choose test questions based on their business objectives.

I would love to get some feedback not only on the landing page but also we are actually not sure how to target these "non-technical" people, we thought of Upwork job posters but we are having trouble in really targeting them, suggestions?
